Frequently Asked Questions

What is the turn around time for my order?

  • Production time will be 3 to 5 business days.  Large or custom orders may take longer.  If you require an approval for your order you must respond with enough time to complete your order.  Delays on the approval will affect the production time.

What if I need my awards the next day or even the same day?

  • Rush orders determine the production work load and in-house inventory.  There is a fee for all rush orders.

Can you include our company logo on our awards?

  • Yes, with the correct electronic format.

If I need my awards shipped, how would you ship them and what will be the cost?

  • We will ship UPS Ground, unless requested otherwise.  The shipping cost will be added to your bill.  If your package is damaged please inform UPS as soon as possible.

What if my awards are engraved incorrectly?

  • If we make the error, we will replace the product at our cost as quickly as possible. If you made the error we will replace the product as quickly as possible at normal cost.  When we engrave products that you bring to us, that are not purchased through us, we cannot guarantee the quality of the engraving.  While we will do our professional best to fulfill your desired request on your product, we will not replace any product that is damaged during the engraving or that will not engrave properly.

  • Yes!  We are the same business that was on University Blvd. for 20+ years!  We are now located at 1717 East Front St. Tyler, Texas.  Our business hours are: Monday-Friday 9:00AM to 5:00PM
